Photographer & visual content creator

Melissa is a Boston based still life and food photographer creating concept driven and message focused images and animations for brands and publishers to use in their marketing, websites, advertising, social media, catalogs, lookbooks, editorial features and retail decor. She started her career as a Swiss-trained graphic designer which explains her desire to neatly arrange objects in her photos and her ability to see color, pattern, form and detail in everything she photographs.

Melissa collaborates with lifestyle brands, agencies, editors, retailers, artisan food producers, homeware designers, and accessory & fashion designers to photograph and develop new visual stories for their products and marketing. Her organic, minimal style and conceptual approach creates images and content that stands out as authentic, unique and lifestyle oriented.

Clients value her work because of her attention to detail, distinct style, open communication, easy going attitude and ability to skillfully manage and produce shoots.

"As a photographer, my favorite subjects are objects. I believe that beautiful and interesting things can be a starting point for telling unique stories."  - Melissa
